A public hearing on the advisability of imposing charges for delinquent municipal services rendered, water, sewer, electric, and refuse/recycling collection against property served pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 66(16) & 66.069, and the City of Medford Ordinances #695 and 3702/95.
