Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.84(2) and (3), notice is hereby given to the public and media that all members of the Medford City Council are also members of the Board of Review.  For purposes of the Open Meeting Law only, the Board of Review session shall constitute a meeting of the Common Council, pursuant to Badke V. Village Board of Village of Greendale, 173 Wis2d 553 NW2d 408 (1993),  and must be noticed as such, although it is not contemplated that Common Council will take an formal action at this meeting, other than as appropriate as part of the Board of Review session.
